Kimberly Green

Kimberly Green came to our agency in December 2018. She has worked in Administration for over 15 years and is detailed oriented and very personable with customers. Kim is a licensed agent with her property and casualty and life and health license, and also our office manager.

Kim lives in Edinburg with her husband Dwayne and their four children, Jalen, Jasmine, Ryleigh, and Oliver and their dogs Lucy, Millie, and Wren and cats Luna and Flea. When Kim isn't busy at work or being a mom, she loves painting, and event planning. Kim is also the one who paints our front windows for our customers and everyone driving by to enjoy.

Amy Holzbauer

Amy Holzbauer is married to her high school sweetheart, Jeff, and together they have built a full and joyful life centered on family. They share four children and are proud grandparents to twelve grandchildren. A true animal lover, Amy is a devoted dachshund mom to Mia, Sophie, Lily, and Agnes, and also cares for two working dogs, Cash and Otis, along with six goats that keep life on the homestead busy and rewarding.

Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, Amy is a graduate of Central High School, home of the Falcons. She enjoys spending her free time gardening, crafting, fishing, and hunting, and finds great fulfillment in staying active and creative. Amy attends the Winchester Church of God and values faith, family, and community as central parts of her life.

Matt Helsley

Matt Helsley has been in the insurance business since July of 2007, building his career on trust, experience, and a strong commitment to serving others. He was born and raised in Shenandoah County and graduated from Central High School in 2006 before earning his degree from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. Matt understands the importance of a locally owned agency that delivers professional, personalized service to its community. In February of 2018, he purchased the agency and now serves as CEO and principal agent. In 2017, he earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation from The American College of Financial Services, further strengthening his ability to serve clients with comprehensive financial and insurance solutions.

Matt is married to his wife, Kay, and together they are raising their two children, Hunter and Eden, who both attend Valley Baptist Christian School in Edinburg. Outside of work, Matt enjoys music and playing the guitar, spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking, and staying connected with his friends, family, and church. These relationships and interests continue to shape both his personal life and his dedication to serving others.

Madison Nichols

Madison is a Radford University graduate who loves the outdoors and a life rooted in simple joys. She grew up loving to fish and now enjoys hunting alongside her fiancé. At home, she’s kept busy by her miniature dachshund and her sweet 5-month-old daughter, Olive Mae, who is the heart of her world. Madison values family, authenticity, and creating a beautiful life filled with love and meaningful moments.
